Star Performer Awards at Avocet House

At Avocet House Care Home each month our Home Manager Tracey Klue selects her Star Performer Awards. Team members are nominated for their outstanding capabilities, pro activeness, dedication, going above and beyond, contribution to the team and progress made within their role.

A huge congratulations to Leila our Front of House, Victoria Housekeeping, Emma Care Manager, Rachel Kitchen and Chelsey Care Assistant. Tracey Klue Home Manager commented ‘Thank you so very much to each one of you, your contribution to the home this month has not gone unnoticed. You all have had a positive impact on both the lives of our residents and the environment they live in. Keep up the good work.’

At Avocet House we take pride in the team members we have working for us, we believe that it all starts from management level, if our team members are happy and well looked after, then this directly impact the happiness and high standards of care delivered to our residents.
